The build-up

Ride together first

Long before race week, Trail Angels bring women riders together: introductory and training rides, followed by coffee and conversation on training plans, female physiology, nutrition, race preparation and packing. By the start, you're among friends who have supported each other all the way.

At the race

Dedicated women's Lapa

Every woman rider can choose to join the women-only Trail Angels Lapa, with dedicated women's ablutions, a Trail Angels host looking after the Lapa all week, and extra gifts and products for women's needs. Share the nerves over coffee before the start, ride together, and gather around the fire at the end of the day.
